Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP V2/3 and tread life..

Ok, so I'm curious... you riders who DO NOT go to the track with your tire... how much tread life are you getting? As a casual sport rider (read I don't do track days, and occasionally have fun on windy roads but not knee down fun..).. what should I expect from these? And should I even bother with replacing them with the same, or go with the Rosso Corsa or even something from Metzler or Dunlop?

Thoughts?

on the road I was getting about 2,500 miles on my supercorsa's. I hear the Roso IIIs do well on the street

I'm at 800 and they hardly look used.... I feel like they'll get 3-4K with my riding, but I will report if I find out otherwise ..

Front looks great, rear got destroyed at VIR south. I did two track-days with my rear tire. I got almost 2000 track-day and street mile out of the rear tire. I'll probably change the front this summer.

I Ride: All of them
My sport bike tires are usually 1200-1500 miles for a rear and about 3000 miles for a front.

On the road I only get about 900 miles out of the rear and about 2K from the front. I am running the Q4 now and they seem to last longer. I am not sure how much yet but will update.

I'm at 850 now and have plenty of tire left, how are you burning it up so fast? 😂

You ride very aggressively? or normal street riding for this result?

I had about 4800 on the stock tires and the fronts were cupping. Rear still looked plenty meaty. Front still had plenty meat and i woulda kept them but i got my bridgestone s21's for under $200 for the set so i figured I'll replace them both. No track. Once in a blue moon twisties but not aggressive at all.

Most of my riding in the mountains and fairly aggressive. I was just giving info on other brands that I have found comparable & a little less expensive.

It all depends on your right wrist. If you're at 800 and don't see any wear, that means you're not abusing them. So they should last you over 2000 miles.

If I visit the canyons 3 weekends out of the month, I need a new set.

If price is an issue then look at the Rosso Corsa II or Dunlop Q4.
