V4S jerky motion at/above 8000 rpm, ruined chain?

My v4 s is acting strange around 8000 rpm. It runs very jerky and performs a very constant pulsating movement with steady throttle/ constant rpm but in the higher range from like 8000-11 000rpm. When accelerating hard it feels like the bike bumps and bounces on the road.
If i change gear to higher in the same speed it disappears.
Had the chain tighten a bit and it made the pulsating movement become a bit lighter but still there.

Is this sign of a kinked or ruined chain maybe?
My Duacti dealer suspects it might be something with either the mapping or the throttle.
The bike has been searched for error codes but it does not show any.

Getting quite frustrated and for info my friend who has a v4 base and i rode both his V4 and mine back to back and both are experiencing the same on my bike.
His is buttery smooth at the same rpm range so there is something wrong with mine that is for sure.

What do you guys think?
Anyone experienced the same?

Yes in any gear. From what i can test. Had not been able to try 5,6 since it gets up to quite high speeds. But under heavy load all the way up to the speedometer turn --- km/h one could feel it also like the wheel would need alignment. Like bouncing motion.
Thats how i detected it. Suspected unbalance wheel or flat/un even tire but from what we can see the tire seems okey.
Bike have only 2750km on it.

my bike did that and i was stupid and ignored it for a long, long time. until finally one sunday night [football] about 4 miles from home my chain broke on me and i had to pull into the regional airport drive where i waited 4 hours for [free] tow truck in temps getting very cold as it got darker.

prob had 20k miles on the bike, neglect the oem chain, luckily no damage. big excuse to get nice, new good-locking black/gold chain and rear sprocket!

Kensteele, did your bike make that same type of consistantley jerkiness at only/mostly high rpm?
Will take this up with the dealer also!
