*I'm still trying to confirm with the manufacturer that the way the I fitted them is correct.

So far, I'm very happy with the result. They reduced the noise a bit, I could tell the difference.

Thanks for the update and images, appreciated
Theyíre on eBay in UK and I noticed you bought them from UK too.
Iím still debating trying them, unsure if they will have much impact on back pressure/fuelling/performance tho.
In your opinion is it a significant enough noise reduction to warrant installation?

Hope the manufacturer clarifies installation for you, pretty poor that that info isnít included...

Thanks

Yes, I used them in addition to the Aka's inserts.

For the baffles that from the Pipewerx, the closed end of the baffles need to be inserted from the end of the silencer towards the inside of the silencer. They are made to be fitted into the silencer inlets.

In my case, the right side of the silencer fit perfectly, but I'm having a little issue in fitting the left side. Not sure if the left silencer is a bit smaller than the right side. I have to sand around 1 mm off the baffle to fit it in. I'll take some photos tomorrow.

Are you drilling/screwing them in place?

No worries mate.

Nah, doesn't need to be drilled. The installation is very easy:
1. Take the slip-on off the bike. There are 2 exhaust spring hooks (refer to attached photo) on each side of the exhaust slip-on, just unhook them and the slip-on could be taken off very easily.

You might like to get similar tool as below for unhooking the springs:

2. Insert the baffle from the end of the slip-on (the side that was connecting to the pipe.)

3. Connect the slip-on back to the pipe and put the spring hook back on.

Please note that: For some reasons the left side of the exhaust seems to be a little hard to insert the baffle. I have to grind the baffle a little to insert it. I have give this feedback to PipeWerx. Might worth bring this up with them if you like to place an order and get a better measurement of your exhaust.

I've just fitted both sides on my bike. Happy with the results: not too quite and not as loud as before. Just found a db sound meter app on my phone. I will do some testing to the db at the weekend and keep you guys posted.
