So far I have 3 lids. One old Ducati Arai helmet, a Suomy and a Icon. Also had a Caberg helmet but gave it to my son who got my 1098 Ducati as a birthday present and the wifey who has a Caberg.

I have an oval shaped head and the Arai fits my head perfectly. Although Arai is quiet expensive.

I Ride: '99 m900 city, monster 1100 20th anniv., multistrada pike's peak, BMW r ninet and a 1299 Panigale S
I have a couple of AGV Rossi reps -- the frog and wish you were here
Two shoei's -- the rf1200 and the gt air
Two schuberth s2's -- one good and one crashed
And one brand new Ducati Arai Corsair V

If I'd bought the Arai first I'd probably never have needed any of the others! Except for the crashed schuberth the Arai is PERFECT! Don't know why I waited so long....

I Ride: 2010 RSV4 Factory (Track), Paul Smart LE, 1199 Panigale S Tricolore (SOLD)
I've had my Arai Corsair V for a couple years and love it.

I just bought a Shark and it was uncomfortable at first but one track day and it's broken in and fits much better. It's carbon fiber and is noticeably lighter than the Arai. Like wearing a feather and so far I'm happy with it. The shields are spendy for them but they are twice as thick as the Arai shield.
