Ride height adjust question

Anyone know (approximate is fine) what the relationship between turns on the ride height adjuster is to ride height?

I didn't really notice last summer when switching from the Pirelli to Q3 rear the subtle difference in turn-in caused by the ~3mm difference in height. But having run a Pirelli this spring (if only for a few hundred miles before it also went flat) and switching to the Q3 rear, I was much more cognizant of the difference in turning. So I'm looking to raise rear ride height a few milimeter.

Anyone have a feel for relationship in terms of how many turns of the adjuster translates into change in rear ride height?

problem will be the range of the adjuster. there are 2-3 revs available until you hit the screw.

i'd rather drop the front 'bout 3 mm.

on the ohlins rear shock, 1 turn = 1 mm of shock length.

I am sure I posted my findings when I did this when I first got the bike about 2 years ago. I dropped the rear about 10mm. If you search I may have how many turns I did to get that. I think maybe about 5 turns.

Thanks for replies guys. I had thought about just dropping the front a couple of mm but after looking at the rear suspension I was curious as to what anyone else had come up with when adjusting the rear.
Had discussed with Steve B at the Gap a few weeks back for the mini-Pani rally (and why weren't any of you other slackers there??) what he had done in moving from the Pirellis to the Q3s and he had said he dropped the front. But I wondering about other approaches.
