would anyone be interested in this? i know it is expensive, but looks like a beautiful piece

Next piece on my list, just ahead of rear hugger.

Do wanna see how balanced it looks with the longer piece though, as I'm not into the chopped Buell look

i used the configurator on Ducati website, it looks clean and neat, for that much money, i wonder why they didnt make the whole thing out of carbon fiber, that would be nice

Maybe durability issues with clipping on/off the license plate part?

Just wait for a cheaper aftermarket one. They're usually around $120.

given it coming from the factory, i would think that might not be an issue.

Here's a noob question, do any of the plate holders "fold back" as in if you wanted to be a bit stealthy on the streets every now and then you could just flip the plate to where the exhaust used to be on the 1198? Yes no no yes?

Ducati Performance part is simple - all on/all off

However, I'm sure you'll be able to source something in the aftermarket that will meet your requirement.

i wouldnt want to deal with the local law enforcement though, they are strict in my area
