I Ride: 2012 1199S, 2008 Speed Triple
Free at the track if tires are purchased from the track-dealer
One hour labor if wheels brought in; two hours labor if wheels are on the bike.
But in fact, it only takes 45 minutes if the wheels are delivered - I still get charged an hour ($90 + sales and tire disposal taxes).

I Ride: 2015 1199R
First set on the Desmo-Seduce-Me (D16RR) cost me $750...I did the next set myself, which just about paid for the No-Mar Classic - 23,500 miles & 16 sets of tires later, it was well worth it

i have a drift car and a bunch of cars and alot of friends i brought a tire changer and balancer combo so far it pays for it self
