Brake fluid reservoir with RCS19

Hi All,
I had to upgrade to Brembo RCS 19 master brake cylinder yesterday at the track as my original went bust. (Interesting side note if some 1199 rider didn't know - like myself: it is a fault that Ducati addresses in and beyond(!) warranty, so I am now waiting for their response expecting a free repair set for the master cylinder piston.)
While the original set has a dedicated mounting point for the brake fluid reservoir the RCS19 does not. Where/How do you mount the reservoir then? I quickly did some make-shift but I doubt it would pass scrutineering...
Thanks in advance for any advice!

Great idea! Will probably look into it as the Brembo set would not be here on time for the next race. Thanks!

This standard Brembo res kit on the RCS 19 will not work on the Panigale will hit the upper cowl.

You will have to do a custom reservoir mount to the clip on's so the cups don't hit the upper cowl.

So one bolt in the clip on is replaced by a longer. Do you happen to have one you could take and post a photo of? Or just let me know the bolt's specs? Don't worry if it is too much trouble, I'll figure it out. Thanks anyway!

I did crash last year because of this. Ducati paid the work for me,not the mastercylinder itself.

Did they also acknowledge the consequence and refunded you for all repairs after the crash?

BTW: I was lucky. I felt my brake remained spongy even when I couldn't get anymore bubbles out when bleeding the front brake. So I went out for a feeler lap and was sure from the first corner I didn't have brake-power. So I pulled in the pits immediately. We saw the whole thing was dripping fluid then...
