What size dzus fasteners did you use for your fairings and what all did you replace and/or couldnt replace? I am wanting to go with dzus fasteners as much as possible to help rid the wear and tear of taking the fairings on and off so much.

Woodcraft tire warmers

I have the Woodcrafts and I put them over the top of the fender. A little bit of a fuss with the brake lines but not much. After they have been on for 20 minutes, when I take them off I can't feel a cold spot on top of the tire. Infrared thermometer can't find it either. I think the warm air around the whole tire goes toward the top and it warms up just fine. I ride the first lap of the session at 80% to get my body comfortable and to check the track for debris, then go up to pace, and haven't noticed any issues. Stopped thinking about it last year. YMMV. But the idea of raising the front fender a little sounds interesting, I hadn't thought of that, will take a look.

It is not that they wouldn't fit with OEM fender, but it is really tight and you risk disconnecting the ABS cable if you are not careful. So be firm but gentle and pay attention.

Where did I hear such things....

I moved my wheel speed (ABS,TC,etc) sensor cable out from under the 'fender' and cable tied it to the outside. I had damaged the plastic cable fittings taking the warmers off one day and the wire hung down on to the front tyre and wore through on track. The plug is such a nightmare to get to behind the rad that I dont ever want to have to do it again at the track!!
