Cylinder Head Plugs: Another Titanium Bling Project

Dear Members

I wish you all a happy new year!
Wow! This year, my first Panigale has its 7th Anniversary! I can not believe how fast time passes.

There are some plugs in the cylinder head (shown in attached picture). I want to replace them with titanium parts which are securable with safety wire.
Ducati Part Number is 78010511C (actually you'll find this plug from version A to E).

I've found 10 of these plugs on the Panigale V2 Engine (1199/1299 etc). No clue about the V4 :-(
But these plugs are also used on all modern Testastretta engines: On my M1200S there are 16 plugs installed.

Please let me know if somebody is interested in a set of plugs.
The more orders I get, the cheaper manufacturing gets.

I sent the blueprint of the newly designed plug to two different manufacturers.

As always: it's a non-profit project.

Cheers

I'm in but I'm not to thrilled about safety wire holes. I tried to get Podium to make these but never got a response from them. I also prefer black DLC if that's even possible. All my hardware is black titanium except for the Gecko studs.
Thanks from Gecko

Cool, thanks.
I designed the plugs in a way that I can change them on the lathe to return them to their original design. So, no problem for you to get them without securing holes...
About DLC coating: sorry. It's just not possible to do this due to the very low total amount of pieces to be produced.
Thanks from RetardedTiming

Thanks guys!
I just received a first manufacturing offer. Price per piece will be around USD 4.20
The problem to be solved is the depth of the allen key hole. Maybe I have to consider torx but I have to check...

endodoc - 40 pcs
RetardedTiming - 10 pcs
mordor - 20 pcs
