AIM Laptimers APP (there isn't one)

I have had a couple AIM solo lap timers, currently have the SOLO 2 DL. The product is great the customer service is great, but... COME ON. The fact there is not an app for this is insane, they have been talking about it for ever and here we are at the beginning of a another season with nothing. This day and age it is not acceptable to have a realistic timeline for these developments that DIRECTLY corresponds to product release.. SMH

In their defense thereís a lot of data that is collected and could be analyzed via a Laptop... that could be a barrier as Iím sure a lot of people out there want that capability.

But Iím with you, itís be nice to at least be able to Bluetooth and get basic data and overlay through google maps.

For sure, and I use it on my laptop. BUT I have a MAC, so I have t run a virtual windows setup which is also INSANE. You cannot make software that doesn't work on Macs these days. An app that could run on iPad at the track would be perfect

Believe it or not the Dianese D-Air doesn't work on Apple Mac, and you can't even use a virtual windows machine since that does not work either! On top of that the data transfer speed for getting the telemetry from the suit is ridiculously slow, as in ten years too slow!! Its pretty much the same for all bike related electronics. I find it crazy that the premium top end leathers cannot be used with the premium top end computers.

I just ordered my AIM SOLO and have all mac. I do have an Alienware m17x but it's big and heavy and is the sole reason for me eventually going from all windows, android, etc to all apple products, so my excitement for using it is pretty low.

Does anyone know if the Solo DL picks up rider aids like traction control, wheelie control, slide control, etc?
