Meh. Why not? It looks racey and that's what they're going for. Inevitable for race tech to bleed down into street bikes....after all, isn't that how they justify the R&D?

Only the aliens of MotoGP will really notice the difference and extract any benefit from shit like this. Doesn't mean it won't help them sell a few more units for the "cool factor".

Pointless comes to mind. Since it's not under GP regulations they could have at least gone with real winglets and not a cube on each side.

It's only available on the bikes ordered through the racing program. No street bikes. Also, it's an optional item.

Winglets destroy the bike. It needs an update in looks and is starting to look dated but this just makes it worse.
