max rotational speed of the Panigale with standard wheels (~26in) and gearing (15/39) is roughly 193 mph 310kph at redline (11,000 rpm). oddly enough the R is about the same, the extra 500 revs just about make up for the additional teeth in the rear.

rpm x (1/1.84)(primary drive) x (24/23)(6th gear) x (15/39)(chain) =w (rpm)

w x (2pi/60)(1/s) x 26 in x (63360/3600) (s/h)(mile/in)= velocity(mph)

oddly enough at peak horsepower you should be doing 188 mph (302 kph)

to go faster, you could always go down teeth in the rear sprocket, up in the front, or put taller tires on. note changing the sprockets for higher top end will sacrifice acceleration.

I'm a bit of a geek.

make sure u move the mouse along the graph to ur peak speed and look what revs ur pulling, as the scale thing on the side throws extra numbers on, my graph said 273 on the left but if u ran the mouse over it never went over 268.
