EBC 3 - love it

Just tried it for kicks at my latest track day. I love it. Works better than I could have hoped. For me I smoothed out the mid corner throttle adjustments because I could just let the bike roll through the corner.

This bike just keeps getting better and better.
Thanks from Phl, Scorpio66, kope999R and 1 others

Thanks for the quick review. Did you go from 1 directly to 3 or did you try 2 also? I've been thinking about making this adjustment myself.

Ebc 3 is high engine brake or low? I ran with low today at summit point and loved it. Sounds like I was on 3 as well.

A setting of 3 eliminates most of the engine braking. I've tried all 3 levels back to back. EBC 2 was good but its still a bit much in some cases.

I was at Roebling Road this past weekend and turn 3 is a high speed left turn with a quick transition to a much lower speed right turn. With EBC set at 2 I had to manage small throttle openings to keep it from slowing down too much. With it set to 1 it was even worse.

I changed the EBC to 3 and the thing just plain rolls. Its has smoothed out minor throttle corrections as I'm not fighting that engine braking hit I used to get with EBC 2 or 1.

Okay then yes, 3 was what I was running at Summit Point. Loved it, It was so smooth into corners I was able to carry more speed into the corners because the bike was so predicable. I hit 176 on the straight at main, thats not to bad for and intermediate riders, I am hoping to get 180's soon. But my overall lap times where much faster with the EBC on 3 BUT I also ride with a Rekluse (slipper) in my MX bikes so I am used to not having engine breaking.

i feel that open sweepers are aided by 3... when the track has tighter turns or closing radious , 2 is better as bike tracks better and tighter.. just my feel...
