I wouldn't bet against any insider news that Dean Adams reports. He posted this past Sunday it's a done deal so I'm not expecting anything different.

Soup :: Yamaha's Lorenzo Signs Two Year Ducati Deal :: 04-10-2016

"Last night Jorge Lorenzo and his management signed off on a deal that will see him join Ducati as their star factory rider in 2017.

Sources close to Lorenzo say they met one final time with Ducati and sponsors, where the deal was confirmed.

Audi and Phillip Morris representatives were also consulted on the final contract..."

The Andreas are not capable of winning on the new bike. GiGi has come this far. In order to finish the project, he needs top talent for the win. Lorenzo will make the switch and Ducati will have a real chance at winning next year. It may be the only time I hope Lorenzo wins...

If he wins with Ducati he will be a hero if he doesn't it will only make Stoner more 2 wheel god like. Meanwhile he will be the big pole in the sand at Ducati numero uno.

Dovi is actually looking pretty damn good despite his bad luck. If it wasn't for being taken out twice I believe he would have 59 points and be in second. Not saying that he's at Lorenzo's caliber but just saying he's not looking too shabby.

Agreed! I think the next few rounds will really suit the Honda/Yamaha bikes though.

Incredibly awful luck. Esp Tx.

I guess I don't see that- you have two decent guys posting good times and podium finishes. I think your talking apples and oranges comparing this bike with stoners old Ducati. I absolutely hate the fact that Lorenzo will be riding red. I'd rather see Marquez if they're looking for top talent. At lest he has a solid personality. I think letting go of Iannone will be a horrible mistake. I think he has what it takes to be great. Well see though
