Hard to make a prediction right now....I am really hopeful that Dovi can maintain form and battle for another win. Also would love to see Vinales claw back some points to Marc.

Marc is going to be hard to beat...

while motogp.com is playing nastalgic videos of 2000 british gp so you can see VR win something, MM has said this.

I'll predict one of them will win. Would like Lorenzo to do well, would like Dovi to be up there. Admire Marquez but frankly bored if this season turns out to be another one of those one horse championships. Like to see Rossi win, but dreading the barrage of negativity Mark will doubtless revel in.

Mark and Southwest, I can always count on you guys to make me laugh. Would like to see Dovi crank out another win. I also think it would be cool to see Crutchlow win on home turf. And, more than a win I would just like to see Lorenzo get some consistency.

Trouble with Cruthlow is he's never gracious as a winner and a sore loser to boot. He's invariably arrogant when interviewed after a race win, citing others as hindering him in some way or bragging about how he went that extra mile to secure the top step, or moaning about how his wife isn't around to share his fortune on the day...blah blah blah. It's all a bit lame really. I'd prefer to see Lorenzo have some consistency too and wipe the floor with that pre-pubescent Spaniard and his smaller companion. Not too concerned if Rossi wins, but won't complain if he does, since he still has the ability, if the cards play into his hands and can fire up the crowds like no other, something you have to have witnessed to appreciate (Mugello being the obvious venue). It's a gladiatorial sport which is one of its main attractions for me and possibly why I generally don't support the bookmakers odds on favourites, much preferring an outsider to win on the day or to give the usual suspects a run for their money. Close racing is what I believe everyone wants to see and not a dominant force romp off into the distance, one hand already on the trophy. That's almost as dull as Schumacher's iron grip on the F1 championship for all those years. The others might just as well have stayed in the pits for what it was worth. I'm as interested in the mid-field contenders as the front runners, as often when the race is a little processional, the real action is happening further down the field, though why these "non-contenders" haven't retired yet is clearly something our good friend Mark can elaborate on, being the oracle on MotoGP he would like us to believe. Three teams on the grid....that'll work.
Thanks from Phl, cmh210 and able duc
