what to do about a track bike

Here is the situation. A track coach told me im at the limit of my 600. not because i am great (although i am great) but physically i am too big for the 600 now.
i was told the only real way to get faster is to get suspension work done to my 07 ninja. here is the situation

im 5 11 225 and my bike is totally stock. the coach said i need the bike set up properly to improve anymore. im just to big for what the bike can handle right now. in the past it wasnt a big deal cause i was a beginner. anyway i have a zip tie on the forks and i bottom that out every time.

for now i tighten up the suspension to its stiffest levels but i am thinking i need a new track bike. (good excuse to buy something right).

my ninja is an 07 with 3500 miles on it. i can add what would be about 2k in suspension work however im not married to the bike.

i could sell it and buy another 600 with the work already done but do i really want another 600.

i could sell it and buy a litre bike

advice from the track guys please.

Is it a dedicated track bike or still have all the road stuff on it? If it's already converted, and you know it's history and condition then probably just want to drop the money. Usually you will need to re-valve and re-spring an aftermarket setup anyway unless the previous owner was similar in size and riding style.

If it's mostly a streetbike, then sell it as that and buy a prepped 600. Probably won't lose much money as trackbikes have poor resale value, even with all the goodies.

I would just get the suspension re-sprung and be done with it, probably the cheapest way unless you want to convert it back to stock sell it and then buy a dedicated track bike with some goodies but you still might need to get it re-sprung.

Turn the Panigale into a track bike because its light weight like a 600 with lots of power and the suspension is stiff enough, handles great and its has lots of head room to grow and polish your skills. Keep the HP4 in pristine condition because its rare. Sell the 600.
