But if you think otherwise, keep drinking the Kool Aid that he is actually the GOAT or in the running, couldn't win on Ducati, and has won how many times since back on a Yamaha in the last 2 years?
correction last 6 years hes been back at yamaha since 2013 and has the big 0 to show for it now he wants mavericks crew chief. lol lets not forget rossi didnt find burgess. he inherited him from doohan who won a bunch of titles in a row on the same honda rossi was on.

Haven't read it but its obvious MM is in a totally different league.
He's pretty much stoner with balls. He was a big fan of Rossi when growing up and it shows that Rossi has influenced him greatly, he wants to be rossi in his prime, the GOAT.
I think he has the potential to be.
Thanks from centeroff and Thamer

rossi was never nor ever will be the GOAT and the continued failing at yamaha is actually hurting his legacy. as i have stated numorous times and now in print without the advantages rossi was nothing.

Yeh sorry what i meant was Rossi at his prime, where he appeared to be unstoppable, and where many were already calling him the greatest.

Interesting quote by Stoner though: "Rossi is like me, without the electronics he would be No. 1"

Interesting read. While I can't say I'm a fan of MM93 (piss poor attitude and questionable morals), the man can ride a motorcycle like no other. He is definitely in contention for the GOAT title.
