MotoGP 2019 - Prediction for Rookie of the Year?

Not long now until the start of the 2019 MotoGP season (even closer if you follow WorldSBK). Who do you think is going to be MotoGP rookie of the year and going to be a problem for some of the more established riders?

Your choices are :

1) Quartararo - Petronas Yamaha
2) Olivera - KTM Tech Trois
3) Mir - Factory Suzuki
4) Bagnia - Alma Pramac Ducati

Im going Quartararo.

unfortunately, i like these guys but none of them stand a chance because motorgp is so competitive:

fabio might have a nice race or two but that's all he's good for. he'll choke on the remainder of the races just like he did in moto2.

olivera is good but he reminds me of syahrin, he's good but he's "second."

i don't believe mir will be able to ride a motogp bike well. he did really well on a moto3 bike but once he stepped up to moto2 you could tell he had some trouble winning. motogp is for the big boys and for now, mir isn't one of the big boys. maybe one day but honestly i think he should have spent another year in moto2; reminds me of maverick.

pecco is prob the the rookie of the year because he's on a great bike and he's pretty consistent; in his first year probably consistent top 15. it seems to take a season or two to get good on a duc. he and miller will do well together.

imho

Peco will take ROY honors, he has been brought along with a lot of thought and care.
His wins in Moto 3 on the bollywood bike were impressive, his transition to moto 2 was fun to watch, and his cool domination of the class last year highly entertaining. I think he is a future MGP Champion. He has that cool calm killer instinct.
