Yeah man. Cleaning bugs off my helmet EVERY DAY had to be the worst part of the trip. I would hit dragon flies down south and the carnage was.... impressive.

Awesome trip! I am thinking of doing a similar ride, curious what gear did you use? Full leathers ?

Great trip!! I recommend the life proof phone case, fully waterproof. I use it on my iPhone.

Perhaps your work filter is blocking them out? They still look up to me.

I was thinking the same...No one uses AAR unless in the military.

Lots of saddle time there brother! How long do you generally stay in each place you stop? Try to hit every Ducati dealership to get a tshirt from each place so you can literally say "Been there, done that?" Lol
Oh, and as an East Coast guy who spent every summer of my youth in Seaside Heights, NJ, with tons of family there still, I without a doubt concur that NJ Drivers certainly raise ones blood pressure! Absolutely no offense to yoos guys in Jersey but every time I drive home and go thru the Garden State I still can't get over why some people need to use every lane back n forth at Mach 3 and never seem to get stopped by NJSP!

Very cool man. You should definitely get in touch with Antihero here to share stories man. Of course he's done it both here and OCONUS!
Not sure if I could both mentally AND physically take that on man, let us know if you used earbuds for music or GPS or a GoPro too.
Stay safe and Semper Fi!
