I'm the original owner of this bike and bought new in early 2009. This is a base model.
Bike is in exc condition. It has CRG levers, CRG arrow bar end mirrors, CNC sprocket cover, EVR clutch cover, shifttech carbon tank protector. Pirellli supercorsas have a couple thousand miles of tread left, shorai battery fitted (size 18).
service history last listed first:
8/2013 - installed new barnett clutch pack, serviced clutch, ducati performance clutch plate and springs installed.
7/2013 - 22,500 mile service (belts replaced, valves adjusted, all fluids changed) service performed by NPR Ducati. Redline Performance re-flash of ECU.
4/2013 - oil changed at 20,000 miles, amsoil.
3/2013 - front brake rotors warped and were replaced with brembo aftermarket full floaters, new pads as well.
3/2013 - Pirelli supercorsa tires fitted at 20,000 miles.
10/2012 - oil changed at 18,900 miles, amsoil.
3/2012 - oil changed
2/2012 - chain replaced at 15,000 miles - DID x-ring
10/2011 - shorai battery lfx18a1
9/2011 -15,000 mile service done at Ducshop (actually done at 13,550 miles) - new belts, valves checked. fluids.
8/2011 - new brake pads.
5/2011 - oil changed amsoil 10,400 miles
10/2010 - 7500 mile service at NPR Ducati (tank replaced under warranty, due to paint defect)
7/2010 -oil changed amsoil 4200 miles
6/2009 - 600 mile service done at NPR Ducati. - golden spectro oil.
Bike has been trouble free. It does have the low rpm stumble, hesitation at 3500-4000 rpms. This is a common occurrence on this engine/bike, recently had the redline performance reflash done, only slight improvement noted, still has the stumble. The fuel tank while not distorted has swollen slightly in the fork area requiring the stops to be adjusted out slightly so forks would not hit the tank. It's still eligible for tank replacement. If bike doesn't sell in this listing I'll have that done. This has been one of the best Ducatis I've owned over the years, served me well as both a daily rider and also did a half dozen track days on it at Barber. Never wrecked, bike is in exceptional condition and up-to-date on latest service. PLEASE NOTE: the 22000 mile service was done AFTER the last track day, so bike has fresh belts, valve adjust and all fluids.
