Hello all---I just found a new set of Termi race slip-ons on Ebay--I've ordered them and they're on the way!

However--the kit is missing the Y-pipe and the triangular heat shields, one per silencer.

My questions are:

1) Can I re-use my stock OEM Y-pipe to attach these Termignoni cans, or do I need a matching one? Maybe needs a larger-diameter Y-pipe?
2) Does anybody have the correct Y-pipe and heat shields they would sell?

You need a termi y pipe to install the cans, I have one, if you're interested pm me.

Hello all, following up on this thread. My Termi race slip-ons have arrived from Italy--they are beautiful--if exhaust parts can be beautiful!

The dealer was up front with me about the set missing hardware. They only shipped 2 bare cans. No heat shields, no Y-pipe, no hardware pack. Got a good price because of this.

As you've seen above, SCRider set me up with a Y-pipe due here tomorrow. I ordered some nice Slingshot carbon heat shields, they arrived today as well.

I've got NO hardware to attach any of this! I need screws and nuts to attach the CF heat shields to the coiled can headers, and I think I'll need screws to attach the Y-pipe.

I also see spring hangers on the cans, so they'll need springs. Admittedly, I have not disassembled the stock exhaust, so I don't know what I have that can be re-used---but fairly certain there aren't any springs on the cans. ??

So---I'm requesting assistance with locating a Termignoni hardware pack to install this stuff. Anybody have a source--preferably stateside?

Many thanks,

Quick update on the thread, it’s proving very difficult to source these hardware attachment parts separately from buying the entire race exhaust kit. I’ve talked to several Ducati dealers and no luck so far. So I’m hoping there might be a user here on the forum that may be able to provide some of the brackets, screws, washers. Springs and bushings that are involved in mounting this 1199 race exhaust . I’ll keep the thread updated if I get any parts from a dealer.

Perhaps a crashed bike part-out might be where I’m gonna find these parts

Try eBay. I have a whole pile of OEM 1199 exhaust pipes sitting in the garage I was gonna have Jet-Coated. Need another 1199 I guess.

Thanks--since my last post---I returned the Termi slip-ons I bought out of Italy--(they came bare with no accessories--you'll see them back on Ebay sold by Pirinimoto--good guys)--and bought a complete kit. So I'm good to go now.

I DO have a spare Termi y-pipe for sale now----PM me if interested!

Greg
