1199R Vibration as you accelerate from standing start

I have an 1199R which I purchased about a month ago with 2500klm under my belt to tune into the bike, so now enjoying wide open throttle adrenaline rushed riding.....until i lose my speeding ticket nerve that is.

My issue or not as it is my first : It has a vibration when you first move off from a stop, almost feels like the electronics are governing it, but not in a miss sort of a way or the clutch dong something, but once you are on your way it goes completely until you take off from the lights again.

I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue, or if this is even an issue at all, before I did a bit deeper. IT could be normal for all I know without riding another one or an electronic setting.

What it isn't: (I am a trade qualified and experienced mechanic)
-The engine is not missing, plugs, tune is good it is not this etc
-V twin vibration - I came off a buell xb12r, this new bike is like a rolls royce in comparison on vibrations.
- Chain it is adjusted lubed correctly and in good condition
- Wheel balance
- Lose wheel nut

Other than this it goes like a ..... date and runs like a supermodel on a nudest beach

Any thoughts.....

Without knowing the history of the bike/settings/etc., what I read here suggests clutch chatter usually due to a worn or wearing clutch. Lots of factors could contribute, and again, I have no idea of the history here, but might start there. And maybe bleeding your clutch master. If it's not totally disengaging, that could lead to the wear and excessive heat build up that chatters on take off from a stop. I have to do so every once in a while especially after the bike sits a bit. However as Mutt said, if your RPM's are low and the clutch is fully engaged, all that mass in there will let you know it even if it has titanium rods!
