The stock exhaust is great (for being stock) however I want my girl to roar. From what I can find new slip ons start at 2500, and for how extraordinarily steep of a price, I don't see a steep difference. I tried calling a few dealers to see if they can gut the baffles out of the stock exhaust but no luck. Now I am thinking about dropping the exhaust all together and getting some custom straight pipes with some cool tips on. What do we think?

I got the Termi front exit slip-ons and let me tell you: They ROAR like the hounds of hell!

The cored exhaust from the sounds on YouTube that Phil has done are also very nice! Its the best bang for the buck and considering what I have put into the exhaust thus far, I would do Phil's mod.

The front exit Termis or any other brand are way expensive. However, it seems most stuff for the Panigale is expensive.

This bike has nice sound stock imo - no need to make it Harley loud and obnoxious (on the street), just pisses people off

I hate Harleys and those loud ... pipes

Or asked Austin Racing if you just want a straight pipe made up. I must warn you he does not come cheap though. :D

Thx

I will have 1299 cored exhaust news after this weekend.

I will expect pricing to remain the same and will offer different outlet cover options.

Big question are the cats right now since there are no more sleeves to cover the welds of the cuts.

Pics and such to follow.

Phl. Thank you very much for the reply. I look forward for more information.

I had Phl core my 1199 stock cans and remove the flapper valve and I picked up a Rapid bike module from shift tech for the up-map---my bike sounds excellent(not anything like a Harley FYI) and I have nothing but good things to say about Phl, Yaman and Guido--they were great to work with and we're always available when I had questions. Call Yaman at cyclepro or Guido at shift-tech and order a rapid bike module while you have the bike torn down to upgrade the exhaust. You'll have less than 1/2 the cost of the termi's in Phl's handy work and a new RB module...two of the best upgrades out there IMO

Amen to that brother! Ducati's are loud enough stock LOL Of course they are built to race and are TRUE performance bikes..
Not just for image like most of the cruiser scene.

Speedy

Haha I love loud pipes tho! I'm going more for image anyways. Rolling slower so people can admire :D plus in Cali speeding tickets are ridiculous to say the least.

Very interesting information here. Once I get some info back from Phl I might hit you up on this.

Phil could we buy your cored exhaust? How much are you charging and do you have video instruction on how to install these mods? I really suck with the tools.
