Has anyone on this forum purchased this exhaust for there 1299s. If so could you explain the sound quality and actually what it sounds like. I found the exhaust new for $1850.00

SL ? I haven’t tracked my bike yet so it’s mostly country and a little city riding. Can I get away with this exhaust feathering the throttle when needed. But what does it sound like ? And is it worth it ?

SL, Superleggera. This is the Superleggera section.
As for the SC they are very loud. Much louder than the Akra or Termi. Everything comes down to what the cops in your riding areas will tolerate.

I realized after I posted that i was totally in the wrong department for topic. Honestly I usually just putt around the city so hopefully I can muffle the noise.

I had the SC Project on my 1199. It was extremely loud which is not a problem in my area.

However, this noise level is a massive issue with UK tracks and it didn't run smooth either so a remap is essential!

Can A Dyno tuner use my existing ecu to fine tune my fuel and air ratio ?

just bring it to bren tuning in worcester. he local to us in boston and dose alot of ducati and bmws, and they are a sponsor for this site i belive

I've got a CR-T version on my 1199. The sound is sick. And somewhat loud. Not a problem where I live in NC. I've got an ECU tune from Dave at Rexxer too. Just got around to tracking it last week at ViR and getting ready for another one right after MotoAmerica
