13' 1199s - exhaust valve stucked close occasionaly

hi guys

sometimes when i ride my 1199s i would notice the exhaust goes super quiet

i believe that the valve for the stock exhaust closed? it doesn't open back up even under full throttle or when i rev it in neutral

other times it would unstuck it self during my ride or if i turn the bike off and on it will become unstuck

happens couple times already..

did a bit of searching but not exactly the same problem

have you tried a bit of WD40 on the mechanism ? The default is open held by a huge spring

Should be normal around 42-43mph (noise test range). Except that it needs to remain open.

Too hard to delete it, or in your case, unhook the cable and fix it
In open position (safety wire or so)
