Has anyone tried installing a different lever on the RCS to fix the throttle case clearance issue?

I've lost brakes twice now so am looking to change out the OEM MC. I don't really want to go down the path of changing the start switch block (personal taste). I have the DP levers (2 piece) already and the profile appears different to the RCS. I would like to explore swapping the outer section of the DP lever and fitting to the inner part of the RCS lever.

Any input is welcome

There isn't any clearance issues with an aftermarket start/stop switch. Ducabike also makes an aftermarket throttle housing that integrates the start/stop switch as well to give you even more room.

I'm aware, but as mentioned, my preference is to keep the stock switch. If the outer lever can swap over and give clearance then there's no additional cost and it would look mostly stock
