2012 1199s Reverse shift pattern

I have reversed the shift pattern, (STOCK QS UP ONLY) however after a test ride the quick shift blip is still in OEM mode meaning it's not QS shifting up only down how do I reverse this. I have a 2 wire & have tried reverse them still no luck does this mean it can not be done?
Thanks for advice in advanced.
