Pulled the fairings off and started wigging connections to see if I possibly just had a loose connection. My check engine light has gone away and the bike is back to full power. Not sure I believe this was the issues and will be staying close to home for the next few rides. I appreciate the tip about the code readers, I have ordered a adapter from amazon!
