For Sale 2015 1299s For sale-Track Bike- Clean NC title

Up for sale is my 2015 Panigale S. Bike is a well sorted track bike with clean NC title in my name. Bike was street riden by first owner, was turned into track bike by a fellow track rider of mine last year. Right around 20k miles on the street, with maybe 5 track days in total. Just had valve adjustment replaced 2 intake closer shims and replaced all new closer keepers. New plugs, New valve cover gaskets, steering stem bearings, bmc air filter, woodcraft clipons, tmw/ducati performance levers, renthal grips, new sitta rear 41t sprocket, rk 520 chain, driven 15t front sprocket, speedcell battery, pc5, vcyclenut ecu flash, dunlop slicks, pz racing gps lap timer, akrapovic slip ons, woodcraft rearsets list goes on and on.

I have a lot of spares and special tools such as rear ride height tool, rear springs, rear wheel balancer adaptor, rear/front wheel sprocket, crank tool, fork cap, triple clamp cap tool. I also have 1 set of motoxp track fairings and the OEM ducati fairings and front/rear lights plus other odds and ends. The bike currently wears a 3rd set of track fairings that are painted satin black with 2k automotive paint, they have been carbon and kevlar reinforced so they are very strong. Paint is not perfect but it will last. Willing to let bike and all spares plus tools go for 13k OBO. Located in Charlotte, NC. Can travel to meet within reason. PC5 eh? who tuned it? Why were some closers and keepers replaced? How big of an adjustment during last desmo? When exactly was last desmo done (what mileage?)

Has a pc5 but no tune in it, came with the bike so it is installed just in case anybody wanted to use it. The bike has an ECU flash tune from Vcyclenut, if anybody needs specifics on that check out his website.

2 closing shims on horizontal cylinder were replaced with .05mm size thinner due to being at the tolerance limit, and its is always good practice to replace all closing keepers.... very simple and cheap insurance while it is apart.... desmo done at 19k.. has 2 track days on it since all of the service. No issues with bike, selling because getting out of track days to start my own automotive buisness...

Price drop 12k. Willing to part if there is a buyer for the motor/frame.
