2015 1299s software update?

So I am looking at using a brentune and read the recommendation to update the software. Is there much benefit to this? My bike has the original 2015 software. Are there any significant improvements that the bike needs?

sweet! My dealer said my bike was “up to date” mid sept 2019, did the BrennTuning flash in December and it was fine

just tell the dealer that it is tuned if u take it in so they don’t mess anything up

I probably would recommend taking it to dealer to make sure it’s “up to date”

Bren told me that they can see the firmware version when you send them your file and if it needs updated before they work on it they will advise you.
