For Sale 2018 Ducati V4S Part Out (updated)

I am thinking about selling my 2018 Ducati V4S. I have majority of the stock parts but it has lots of modifications but is still current in the build process. It has pretty much every full six carbon part and have been treated with C-Cort Pro on all the carbon parts. Carbon parts are Matt finish and some have been painted Rosa Corsea Red (Ferrari Red) still waiting on the painter to finish. It has BST Carbon Wheels (7 spoke) and also treated with C-Corts Pro. Samco hoses installed, lot of titanium bolts, Brembo RCS 16,17 clutch and brake leavers, Duca Bike switches, up graded brake lines with CNC slave cylinder installed. Also has the full Arko titanium exhaust has only been run for break in. Bike has been in build mode from day one. Comes with the MSO so you can be the first registered owner. Bike has under 400 miles on it, I bought it as a demo bike. I was going to ask around $35000. I will get pictures posted once I can get them uploaded from my computer. return it to stock and sell the part separate would be my advice

definitely do that, upgrades left on the bike are 10 cents on the dollar if youre lucky

I got the fairings you shipped and I'm disappointed. You told me the fairings were in new condition. They are not in new condition. Besides the few marks and imperfections in the paint, the front fairing also has JB weld holding the main front mounting bracket on for the front fairing, the right side fairing has a broken tab, the windscreen is scratched up and the front fairing stay is missing the trim surround that I specifically asked about. It’s possible you didn’t see the paint imperfections, or maybe the scratched windscreen, and maybe the tab on the fairing broke in shipment(because you stuffed all the fairings into a box far too small for the parts with no padding besides a few pieces of paper inside, but you definitely knew that the front fairing was previously damaged and cheaply repaired, so not “new” as you stated, but yet you still told me it was and sold it to me as “new”...

You are now attempting to claim that a JB welded front fairing came from the Ducati factory on your new V4S? But for some reason you didn’t feel the need to mention it to the person you sold it to?

15” x 15” x 38” box all fairings were squeezed into. (For clarification the side fairing in front of the box is MY fairing that is shown in front of the box for size reference since 2 of these fairings and others were rolled up and shoved inside this 15”x15”x38” box).

This guy is lying I do not own V4 parts as he is claiming I sold him. I own a V4S and the fairings that were sent were for a V4S (please see link on the parts he verified he was receiving.. As far as the JB weld on the front nose, I was not aware of that as the part was already like that when received from Ducati OKC. He also claims that there was a broken tab, When everything shipped out it was in 100% working order. Just to let people know the picture he is posting is for V4 fairing, he was involved in a motorcycle accident, so the part he is posting is the part that he wrecked. Please see all messages that were sent between him and I. also click on the link that shows pictures of parts shipped in which he verified in the messages. This guy is trying to get free parts from me I even through in the windscreen for no charge.

Also note to the buyer: I will be filing fraud report with your local police department.

Based on the pictures they look different to me, cracked fairing in from a V4 and purchased fairing is V4S so I would assume there is more to this story based on what's presented here.

wow.. This is exactly why I hate selling high $$ equipment online.. The buyer claims a fraudulent issue and paypal always sides with the buyer.

I have nothing to hide either. I am not lying about anything. You are just trying to confuse the argument. Everything I posted was accurate. The side fairing pictured with box behind it is only to reference how the side fairings don’t fit in your “custom” box without them being folded almost in half! All the other pictures are of what you sent me. There is no deception. I have already filed with PayPal. I am not trying to get anything free from you. I don’t want to deal with a dishonest seller. I want a return shipping label and my money back as I have already told you.

Yes, the picture was only to reference the size of the box, the V4 fairing is not what was shipped to me, nor did I ever say it was or ever describe that type of damage. Reread the post and what I was sent.

I’m struggling to see what relevance your comment has in the classified section of the ducatiforum. Is your point that people shouldn’t shell out their money for ‘as new with only 15 mile fairings’ on this forum or that anyone who does should expect them to actually be poorly repaired “411” mile fairings instead and be happy about it?
