Hello all,
I am new to the forum, & also new to Ducati.
Just a little background on me. I was a service tech at a local dealership, one day I had to prep a Monster for a customer & during the test ride feel in love. from that point on I was hooked. Being a former Motocross guy the Hypermotard has always got my attention so long story short I finally got the chance & purchased a 2019 Hyper (base model). I have only had the opportunity to put about 150 miles on it to date,(its cold here in OH). I absolutely love the bike so far.. However I am wanting to do the ARROW MID-PIPE CAT delete & I was wondering if the stock ECU will compensate for this or if i will have to remap? I would like to try and get ride of some of the right off idle throttle inconsistency. I know that i will need to eliminate the exhaust servo when i do this & i was also hoping i could get some suggestions on this as well as a fuel remap controller. (if needed).

Thanks Grumpy.

No need to remap. Of course refueling helps, but the ECU does a pretty good job on its own on my bike.
As for the servo eliminator, you don’t have to remover it entirely, just disconnect the cable and then plug the servo eliminator in. There is enough room to leave the old and new in place.

Thanks Moondog,
This is good news, I was hoping i didn't have to purchase a programmer just yet!! I received my delete pipe yesterday & i will be ordering the servo eliminator tonight, Hopefully by the time we hit riding weather here in OH i will have all this installed.

Just wondering, do you have the SP model? & did the FI light or any other lights come on, on your bike after this?

Almost forgot, Refueling Done !!

Yes, SP model and yes, the light came on. I had the stalling problem that was fixed by having my dealership clean my throttle bodies. Apparently, some have come from the factory with a white filmy residue that causes the issue. Anyway, the MIL light was checked and it showed “servo” issue. Good to go and the bike runs like a champ. You can do the mid pipe job yourself. It’s pretty easy.

I recently did a Arrow cat delete pipe and my check engine light is on. I purchased the servo buddy and plugged it in but the light is still on. Do I need to take it to the dealership and have them clear the light or shouldn't the servo have removed that? 2020 Ducati Hypermotard 950

Thank you

Even with the servo buddy,my light never went off. Took it to the dealer and unless they removed the servo buddy, it stays on. Bike runs great, just the annoying light.
