I would like to add two pieces to my V4 this year but I'm suffering from paralysis by analysis because of all the aftermarket companies. I would like a smoked windscreen as close to the stock as possible and I would like to replace the metal/aluminum (?) exhaust cover at the bottom of the bike with a black piece. What do you guys like and have had success with? I don't want anything cheaply made but something of good quality and affordable.

Not sure about the windscreen but you can powder coat the lower to any version of black you want. i.e gloss, matte, flat etc
Once you find the windscreen tint you can tint match to the lower cover for the right color balance.

WRS for windscreens by a landslide. The optical clarity through them is MUCH better than Zero Gravity and slightly better than Ducati Performance. The latter of which loses to the WRS for price.
Agreed on the powder coating. If you go to Prismatic Powders website, which is the Cerakote people, you can get to a certified applicator in your area.
