300kph on 2019 Panigale V4s

Hi all
I’ve owned my 2019 panigale V4s course for a few years now but am fed up with screen going blank at 300kph
where do i go to get this sorted
 
Doesn’t the Ducati Akrapovic map and the EVO whatever paid update to the traction control remove the 299 KPH dash limit?
