7500 and 15,000 mile Ducati 1299 service question

Can someone let me know what is done to our 1299's during a 7,500 mile service and a 15,000 mile service? Does anyone have an approximate cost for each? Can a 7,500 mile and 15,000 service be done by a competent mechanic like a harley master tech mechanic who has been working on bike for 15 years if he has the Ducati service manual?
 
Pretty sure 15,000 is the desmo service that is something like 12 hours of labor. Search panigale desmo Service.
 
7500 is oil change and standard checks and filters

15000 is Desmo and use Ducati master tech.
