For Sale 848 Race/Track bike for sale

Looking to sell my 2009 Ducati 848.
3 total owners, the original guy who raced it a couple times in SoCal. He crashed once, lowside on the left. Frame checked and perfectly straight. Welded on a new rearset bracket and replaced the swingarm. Again, every checked professionally and it's better than new, minus some scratches.
Then my buddy bought it and used it on two track days.
Then I bought it and started dumping money on it.

I honestly forgot everything that was done to the motor, but we just had it totally rebuilt so I can get that info from my service team.
I do know:

1. Rebuilt motor from the ground up and have 4 days on it.
2. Replaced the main bearing.
3. Pankl con rods and pistions
4. Everything else that comes in the EVO motor
5. 1911 total miles on the bike. All on the track.

Trying to remember everything I have put into the bike and upgrades that came with it:

12. 520 conversion
13. Full Termi system
14. Sharkskinz body work
15. Spare full set of Ducati Performance body work with race seat. Barely used.
16. Pirelli SC1 front and rear slicks with 3 sessions on them (not days).
17. Samco Hoses
18. Sato Racing ride height adjustor
19. Motoholders subframe and front frame
20. Brembo RCS clutch and brake lever
21. Bike Sport Development switches
22. Accossato quarter turn throttle
23. Oberon Clutch slave cylinder
24. Quick Shifter
25. Pitbull Rear Stand
26. Super Lightweight Battery

The bike has been babied since I've had it. I love the bike and am still buying things for it. Next on the list was a Fuel Cell composite tank, OZ wheels, more titanium and Carbonin carbon bodywork. However, I currently only have the budget and space for one bike and want something new. I am hoping to get at least what I just paid in rebuilding the motor and my last tune. Both of those happened within the past 3 months. Everything has been 100% gone over and been rebuilt. Motor, suspension, brakes, etc. I never go more than 4 track days without changing all the fluids. The Pierobon stands in the pictures are not included in this price but I will sell them for 2K. Just got them in a month ago and paid more than that for them.
