The akra geeza I dealt with when I was racing told me in aint happening!!! Looks no better than stock anyways...

Yes, I have been talking to the European distributor - as close as we are going to get, I suppose, and he heard they are. But I guess believe it when we see it ;) - BTW, I think it looks much better then stock, and I have a thing for Ti :)

I agree, Akra looks like the best system currently available.
What's this statement based on .... looks? Arka still hasn't officially released any performance figures. IMO, with the exception of the CF end caps it looks like the OEM and Termi system with regards to the slip-ons. However, I do like the style of the micro-header cover. I don't know how functional it'll be, but it looks good. :)

To maintain the lines of the bike (which we love), they pretty much had to be close to the Termis/OEM in the slipon department. The finsh aong with the CF looks better, IMO, and they look a bit larger then Termi/OEMs in the photos, but that may be an illusion.

You have to be careful with your choice of words in this area, you mean it looks good, or it looks like it would generate more heat? :D:D

lol yes i forgot about the heat issue. it looks really good. doesnt make the bike run any hotter.

For me they look big bulbous boring bland typical Akrapovich play it safe syndrome....stock looks better. Lost there way for me

Yea, not "playing it safe" worked real well for that "other" noisey, hot, failing exhaust, that's nothing but a bent tube.

You still can't spell FYI :)

Play it safe, boring join the Akra bland club, no balls or imagination, just right for trauma....

Nothing but bent tube like moto gp bikes. 2 big ugly heavy silencers hanging beneath the bike, when did you last see that on a moto gp bike....
Akra boy go enjoy.....

Its titanium. I'm betting it will give best power and be super lightweight as well. Who gives a crap what it looks like when 90% of it is behind fairings. Give me power and less weight.

Did you happen to notice what big ugly boring exhaust Biaggi used to repeat on your bike? Oh, and we aren't riding Moto GP bikes by the way:D

Here's a hint Bugsy:

Yeh yeh and do not think its a political money thing... I can tell you it is!!! Just my opinion that the Akra is boring and we already know the austin is by far the lightest weight system for the 1199. 2 big silencers titanium or not will not be so light weight.
