First grind the flapper of the CrNi axle.
Than I removed the flapper valve with a dremel tool and a few small dremel grinding disc.
I divided, with the grinding discs, the CrNi axle in 3 parts, I could take the axle parts out from the inside.
On the left side there is some kind of a graphite seal in which the axle rotates, I took that out and I used M8 x 20 mm CrNi hex bolt and a CrNi flange M8 nut. I used two annealed red copper rings on in and outside to seal the bolt and nut.
It works perfectly
