I though I would put this up, I didn't want my ... kissed but then I didn't want to be kicked in the balls ether! I have to say my experience with other companies on ECIMA was very positive namely Bitubo, K-Tech, Mupo and a host of others, but as normal the bigger the firm the more the pain in the ... you are!

Thank you for your e-mail and the feedback provided.
We are sorry that your experience at our booth at EICMA didn't meet your expectations. However, I am sure you'll understand that frequency of visitors unfortunately didn't allow our team at the from desk to treat each person individually. For that reason there was a team of our sales and R&D people available for detailed information about our products in case such information was needed/requested besides a request for free goods. Quantity of giveaways was unfortunately limited and therefore divided in order to last till the end of the fair.

I went to your stand at ECIMA, I have a Panigale with your slip-ons, which I had choosen over Termignoni, I have a Scrambler and was looking to discuss a new exhaust for that and a manifold for the Pani. Your people must be under paid because that last time I met such mean and unhelpful people they had not received a salary for three months! My 11 daughter was given a tin badge when offered another one she refused as she already had one but asked for a pencil, under the table you had I guess a thousand, your staff she can't have that cause they need it!!!! I moved away and she asked why are they so mean? So I guess I will not buy a Scrambler exhaust from you out of principle that your firm has most mean and unhappy staff and at least on the Termi stand we were met with a smile, and seem generally please we made the effort to visit and that I have a 749 with a Termi system and leads me to believe that my Scrambler will also have a Termi on rather than yours, I could not bear to pay you anymore of my my cash. If you want you can buy back my slipons from my panigale.
