Panigale R 2015-17 Akrapovic DP Racing Slip-On Mufflers w/upmap

I have for sale an Akrapovic brand slip on muffler kit. Ducati Part number 96480891A

SOLD. THANKS FOR ALL THE LOWBALL OFFERS. (You know who you are)

$1,399.99 WITH postage in the 48 states. Must pay friend method on paypal or add 3%. Willing to ship worldwide at additional cost.

This is for 2015-2017 Panigale R models or 1299 with additional pieces.
The upmap has been uploaded back onto the stick and IS included.

What's the difference between these and the non-"Ducati Performance" branded slip-ons?

Do these have removable baffles or the option for them?

Lastly, do they require an upmap key or tune?

Would be for my "˜17 1299S. Thanks for your time and help on these questions.

I'm not really sure. No upmap or tune is ever "needed" but they help a little bit. This part number is for the 15 16 and 17R exactly, so I'm not sure if this will work on a 1299 or not. The difference is that the OEM Ducati has the correct mount type to use with the OEM header pipes. I'm not sure if this will bolt on to your 1299, you'd have to ask the forum.

Yes, when you buy it new for over $4,000 you get an upmap. When you get them used for less than half the upmap isn't included nor available. Thanks.

You are here posting an item that does not delete the flapper, and is not ducati performance branded. Your post is an exhaust for an 899/1199. I am selling a Panigale R slip-on (or 1299 slip on with small y pipe modification).

I have zero clue what you are talking about. This post has always been for the same item, you should learn about things before you comment. Again, i'd appreciate you deleting the misinformation. I have had photos uploaded since i made the posting and they clearly show what is for sale and what you posted is not what I have for sale. thanks! good luck to you!

Ok, thanks, I'll keep looking for information on it. I've been searching the past day or two about this part number but haven't found a definitive answer on whether it'll work on a regular 1299 or not. If I get an answer that it'll work, I'll PM you.
 
looks like it'll only fit the panigale r Ti headers

the y pipe on the base model is a completely different than the r ti cast piece

you'll need the following part for it to fit on a base or s (or any other panigale really)
57013062c horizontal collector
57013602b front pipe
57112992c vertical collector
57113462c rear pipe
74142431a clamps
and a bunch of hardware you take off of your stock exhaust

difference is this is for the r model with the ti pipes and it delete the flapper valve on the panigale R making it a full exhaust for the panigale R

the arkapovic slip on are made to go on after the y retaining the flapper valve

Again with the rampant misinformation on this thread, this is for a 2015, 2016 2017 PANIGALE R, YOU DO NOT NEED ANYTHING ELSE FOR THIS BIKE- THIS IS THE KIT. Why is there all of this talk about other pipes and everything? THIS IS FOR A PANIGALE R.

Trying to help you sell it to someone who may not have an R. Remember when I offered $1500 and you told me no? I researched what it would take to get it to fit on other models.

It's the people I get sending me off the wall messages driving me up a wall.
If I get one more low ball $1,000 offer I'm considering a sledgehammer to these things and then posting the video. I have never in my life dealt with such lowballing, it's insane. I have morons messaging me how they can get this for $2600 new making absolutely zero sense when they're sending me an entirely different product trying to compare apples to oranges, hence my strong statement saying it is for an R as it sits.
