Come now, Stw, I do not believe a single post buried deep within another thread concerning a different topic necessarily qualifies as a thread repost; especially when there was never an ensuing discussion resulting from that post. Nonetheless, thanks for the notification. You're certainly on top of things, which is fairly impressive for a Friday morning ;)

On another note, I am curious why threads created in the Lounge fail to earn a spot in the live sidebar on the main page.

Haha...well its not like I was making a big deal of it Duck...Its Friday?? Oh yeah...Kewl.........

The lounge is considered a place of "nonsense" type posts...Harmlessly nonsensical but not germane to the forums main thrust...hence it is relegated to the background....
 
When I was "on the job" I was cautioned about my off duty motorcycle riding and to keep the extra curricular riding skills on the track and not street. Put it this way. if one Supervisor gets a hard on for you in most PD's you are gonna be toast! Funny how quickly the others you worked with, saved from beatings, backed up, stood in the rain and snow with on fatal accidents, and swore to protect turn their backs on you and pretend they dont even know you anymore once you get jammed up for something as stupid as this. Shame on that PD for taking his punishment that far!
 
saw the vid, he was actually in uniform.

I'm not so sure he shoulda gotten his job back. What would he have done if he caught two other motorcycles drag racing?
