Been reading the posts for a couple of weeks now. You seem a good bunch of guys so I thought I'd join.

Ducati daft for five years now and if delivery is as promised I'll be able to let you know just how good the R is in late March / early April.

Well all, my R arrived Friday 8th just as snow hit Europe. Three weeks later its finally been on the road. 70 miles in and all I can say its superb. The sound the full system makes when using the quick shifter is awesome. It's so easy to ride.

I had considered the HP4 as I tested a standard S1000R a couple of years ago and found it a brilliant piece of machinery, but that's all it is - the panigale on the other hand makes you feel sooooo good when you ride it. Can't wait to ring it's neck a bit once its past its 600mile service and compare its acceleration with the BMW.
