12000kms track n road. I avoid driving in poor conditions, but took 3500km road trip to Alps again. Only 250km of rain though. Now took away the tank and air filter. Filtes was quite clean from dust but A LOT OF insects between lamels. Based on good reviews in this forum decided to go with Sprint 08.
Now to the question. Since everyone is so keen on having more air flow with Sprint, do you rip off the mesh net from filter holder? I mean the mesh net is probably limiting air way more than OEM filter. I don't believe in power gains, but can not see any real reason for that mesh, so I took it away.
