Any how to on removing the upper radiatior

Welcome to hell.

I find it easier with the front tire removed. Also the radiators are attached to a giant piece of plastic that extends from the bottom to the front fairing. It's all in the workshop manual that can be found on the forum.

I dont know if you can simply remove the top radiator without removing everything else. to remove the radiator assembly there are two allen bolts holding it to the airbox and two holding it to the horizontal cylinder head. You will also need to detach the fan wiring and the single screw that goes into the oil sump. Dont forget the plastic "snap" thingies under the front fairing as well.

Drain the radiator first, then disconnect the necessary hoses. The top left hose always gives me trouble when putting things back together so I put a little lube on it to slide the parts together easier (you'll understand when you do it).

Good luck, you get better every time you try it.

Yeah looking at it it looks like I have to remove both lows and upper at the same time. The upper seems to be free but is still attention to the plastic.

How long does this take?

first time it will take more than an hour each way (after the wheel is removed). Wait for a rainy week if it can. There will be some mild frustration so snack regularly. Also use good allen keys to remove the bolts. I find the stock ones are a bit soft and sometimes slip and mess up the bolt heads.

I just realized how bad the voice to text works... so many errors.

The problem I have is a leak in the upper radiator. I'll post some pics tomorrow
