Just wanted to acknowledge Justin & Mitch at ProTwin for their professional and knowledgeable service.

So today the process starts. Unboxed!

First step is a short dyno run to see where the bike is at now.

Remind me, are going to use the Rapidbike module or something else? Good luck, looking forward to pics and maybe a sound video!

On the dyno

This is the action on the first dyne.

Made 172HP, 88TQ

Whats interesting is that he'd just dyno'd a brand new Pani with full Termi System and that showed 169HP, 84TQ. The bike only had 400km on it though.

The Full system is the blue line in the dyno graph.

More to come!

Tuneboy, so working with the OEM ECU, no piggy back.

How does it compare? I realize the peak power is higher with the red, but that blue curve looks pretty good, more linear.

Absolutely beautiful exhaust dude!! Lucky ........ :D

Thanks. That seems to correspond to previous reports, albeit a little lower. 13% loss to the rear wheel with full termi's. Ugh.

Should have been clear also, the red is my bike with Termi slips and 13,000km on the clock, the blue is the new bike with Termi full system and 400km on it.

Ive attached a run for the New bike with full Termis to this post. It looks a bit lumpier without the highlighting and there seems to be a bit of a hole in the mid range before power kicks in.

The AR is just being fitted now. Going to try the first run with no baffles :D

Is this like a dyno kit, that turns a treadmill into a dyno?

So I promised a couple of you who PM'd me to be straight about this experience and not sugar coat it because I've just bought the pipe.

We installed the pipe, no baffles, and without any tuning just ran it on the dyno. The initial results were a bit ordinary because because of that lack of tune but still I have to say I'm feeling a bit underwhelmed right now.

We are just going to run it again with no EBC and see. Then we'll try with one baffle.

I know the guys will be able to tune it up and make it very rideable but sceptical of getting near the AR claim of 190hp from where it is.

Anyway, no tuning has taken place at all so lets see how it goes. We may not get to the full tune today. Hopefully the guys and Warren at TB can pull one out of their proverbial on this!

169 with no tune. All sensors disconnected, TC off, EBC off etc etc.

Gonna chuck the one left hand baffle in now and run it again. Itching to get the tune done.

Sounds amazing but need the corresponding power (and rideability) to justify this one. Haven't ridden it yet either.

Fingers crossed but to go from where you are to 190 is gonna take a hell of a tune.....

Sounds amazing with one baffle and noise was acceptable for road riding. Feels very free, but I'd expect that from a full pipe.

Will post some video later.

Leaving it with the tuner to get started, may take a couple of days though :(

Yeah don't be too disappointed just yet, I bet its running lean as Fa@k right now... let them add a bit of fuel and it should pick up... the AR system is almost like having straight pipes, maybe it needs a bit of back pressure as well....

Can't wait to see what the tuner will be able to get out of it.
