gnance........you've read his posts on other sites that he was banned from right. The same MO. If you question him, his company or products he goes bat .... crazy. So was Trauma, Stw or anyone who asked reasonable questions out of line. No they were not. Be honest with yourself.

I myself say on the fence on this until Rich himself came across as arrogant & rude to WAfatboy. Needless to say from that point he lost me as a customer as I was considering his product.
 
So if you don't like Rich or AR....

Don't buy from him plain and simple.

The rest of us would like to hear about his product updates and such as I happen to like AR products. I have bought from them in the past and have been very happy.

So....we all know your guys' point of view. Rich has tried to bury the hatchet on multiple occasions and that speaks more to his character than all you guys that can't grow up enough to do the same. Thread after thread after thread have been trashed by one of you making some snide comment and then the rest of the pack following suit.

So what left do you have to prove? Seriously? Just move on and make some little sarcastic comments elsewhere so the rest of us who are interested in AR can actually get some info on the products.

After many pm's and emails i have decided to give it a go back on this forum as it is an ideal vehicle to let customers know about the facts behind AR and updates as we bring them to the system.

Please let's not go over previous discussions but try and just move forward with a good positive thread showing facts and answering questions you may have.

A customer and member of this forum has alerted us to comments made, as far as we are concerned we appreciate support from our customers but do urge them to contact us prior to posting on our behalf.


1/ system update to the lower loop fixing bracket as it has been found to fail under some conditions. We know of only 2 failures in over 100 system sales but nevertheless we will offer the update to all system owners. If you own a system and would like the bracket update please return the system lower loop part only to us for modification. Our return address details can be found on our website. Please include full name and return address details with the part.

In case you haven't noticed, this is a discussion forum, not a dictatorship where Rich tells us how awesome his product is and we must just bend over and accept it or else. :rolleyes:

It's also not a dictatorship for you and others to tell us how AR sucks. You aren't even a customer of his so why are you so bothered? There are many exhausts out there...pic one you like and buy it. So simple a bunny with a blue pancake can do it.
 
gnance: don't play that game here -- it won't work. you wanna know about AR products that aren't in the MERCHANDISER'S section? Go to the AR website. Hit Rich up via email/pm/phone/whatever. I'm sure he has plenty of time to update you. And if you're foolish enough to buy that product, then I'm sure he'll spend the time asking you to send back defectively designed parts on your dime while intimating that you and/or your mechanic ...... up on the install. So now you've just been updated about that new update on the failed part. Wanna know more? As per above: go hit Rich up -- i'm sure he'll take some time away from his busy design and pipe-bending schedule to extoll the merits of his products.

Hey vast, have you ever bought anything from rich yourself?

I have. I have his exhaust on my zx10. Ordered from the USA and received a great deal due to a forum discount (never thought the zx10 forum would have more mature members). Too bad you guys ruined any chance of that. Regardless, I received the pipe very quickly. Was here in less than a week, which is better than most in country dealers. Pipe quality and fit was awesome and I could not be happier.

The panigale has a ...... ... exhaust to work with. All of you guys should stfu and try your hand at making a pipe that is both aesthetically pleasing and also boosts performance (so that those of you that don't see the EXACT claimed HP will be happy for your scooting around town). I commend AR for one of the more innovative designs and also for considering a different material other than titanium. All you haters need to stop. There is no call for all the negativity regarding AR. That is between AR and anyone who OWNs the pipe. All you other fools are just starting .... to start ..... If I were Rich I would be defensive two. This is his livelihood.

1. This was right after a thread where he told several they should get off the forum, die, and he threatened to sue them - then said he was leaving and never coming back.

2. He didn't post in the Marketplace.

4. I only responded to Burnsy's thread above. Burnsy is the "customer" that told him we were talking about him.

He wants to bury the hatchet alright, in anyone that questions his postings and/or product.

guy comes in here selling a little bottle of oil guaranteed to make your Ducati go very fast-- faster than all the other BS aftermarket junk for sale-- all you have to do is step right up and buy a bottle. And some lucky soul parts with some scratch and pours this magical elixir into their bike and it doesn't go faster, maybe even goes a little slower? so what you think happens? hint: if the little bottle of oil salesman sticks around he may be met with pitchforks or just plain run out of town. get it?

You clearly cannot see the facts about this product & it's failures to meet all of the preconceived boasts. His failure to respond to perfectly valid questions is a matter of issue.
 
gnance, I will give up trying to convince you this is 100% Rich's fault, and 100% that it continues - you are set just as we, that is fine. Not worth fighting about a fight, kinda stupid. Ride safe :)
