Base model LED bulbs. Anyone tried these?

Planning to do the running light led conversion soon. Wondering if anyone has tried a H11 led bulb swap for the high beams.

These are for fog/running lights. I don't see how they could work as well as stock for the price, and no ballast or fan like the others we have installed.

That's what I was thinking too. yet the stock halogens aren't great as is.

Those will never work for main lights. They will only put out effectively around 10-15 lumens each which is less than 1/10th of what the OEM halogen bulbs put out.

Jeff - you like me replaced low beams with LED, right? I hate turning on my highbeams now, with that dim/yellow light

Yep. I wish I could also change the high beams to LEDs, as there is no delay and they actually light up quicker than halogens, but there is just no space at all for the fan-blown heat sink back on virtually all LED bulb conversion kits.

Even though I'm happy with the kit I bought, I still want to try these:

Even smaller control modules and the smallest heat sink of all the LED conversion kits I've researched.

I've read warlords posts on the conversion. My thought is like yours, I don't want halogens to turn to when my led running lights aren't enough. What's the best upgrade option for the high beam bulbs?

What's the wattage on the mtec kit? has anyone reported interference issues from a 50w kit? 25 per bulb?
