Not definitive by any means, but as a data point mine is currently at 10mm gold showing above the triples (was 5mm stock) with rear ride height down by 3mm from stock (1.5 turns of the front shock eyelet). Had the rear a bit lower, but raised it back up a bit to compensate for the 190/55 Q3's I was running last time I set it.
Was shooting for a bit more stability and less anti-squat at the rear without slowing the front end geometry much, and I'd say it worked. About to swap forks and shock and go back to a 200 on back (Bridgestone RS10's), so I'll be fiddling with it some more in the near future. Might raise it up a bit in front once the taller rear tire is on.
