Did a search couldn't find anything. Has anyone ran these? They have a 200/55 and seem to get good reviews.Curious how they compare to the supercorsa v2

They work great on my ZX10. They warm up quickly once scrubbed and they are pretty predictable. Don't know how they act on the panigale but I have used the R10's since they came out and I am pretty happy with them. Viets Performance is pretty good with setup. Shoot them an email so you're setup properly and you can then make an informed decision on whether you like them or not. My 2-cents. ;)

How about the new Bridgestone R10S , I use R10 for my track days and the new R10S would probably be the closest to pirelli SP's . You can even get 200/55/17 rear and much cheaper!

Can't speak to the EVO version, but I've run the original S20's on my Pani (190/55 rear) and liked them. Good tires; neutral, fast warmup, better in the cool & wet than the OEM Pirelli's. Not as much raw grip or temp resistance as the Pirelli's if you're doing track time, but absolutely plenty for the street, even ridden aggressively. They made some changes to the EVO to stiffen the front casing and changed the center compound to improve wear on the back, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them if I were looking for an alternative tire for the road.

Yturan makes a good point about the new RS10 though; it's a step sportier than the S20 and looks to be positioned more equally to the Pirelli SP (max dry grip, with less emphasis on wet and wear). I actually have a set inbound, so they'll be my next tire.

I got them on my 749, only done about 200 miles and I like them very much, they are more a road tyre than track for what I understand and I still reckon I wont change the Supercorsas on my Pani

Its great to see how Bridgestone MC tires have progressed over the years! This looks like a viable alternative to the SC.

I remember in the 1990's we called them "slip stones" Haha!

I love these tires.

Not to go off topic, but damn my tricolor looks great in the background... soon baby we will be reunited.

its also time for some new rubber and ive been deciding between the s20 and the rs10. i think the rs10 is more in line with the supercorsa's. I believe i will be going with them. It is just an added bonus that for both tires- its the price of the single rear Pirelli tire

fitted now but the guy fitted the front tyre the wrong way round so as I went to leave I noticed the ABS light wouldn't go off. Went back and they had another go and this from a place that boasts of their "pedigree and having been in the business since 1980s".
Yet further proof of the lack of Australian customer service -it really is non existent in this country - blows my mind.

Anyway, have put 75kms on the Evos so far all "with extra care" as is stipulated by common sense with any new set of rubber. Will get out this weekend and get some proper riding on them and report back.
Of the 75kms I have done I must admit to being quietly impressed and secretly very excited that they may be better than the S20's I used to run and they were awesome.

As Arnie keeps saying - I'll be back.

let us know! im torn between the two i know the rs10 is a bit more sport orientated but the s20 does a better in wet conditions-I try not to drive in rain on purpose but rather not be lacking if i got caught in it.

I just mounted the the s20 evo's with the 200/55 rear. Made the bike lazy, doesnt flick as easy as it did with the stock tires. grip is good for the street. i've put just over 500 kms on them so far.

Well having done a solid 300/400kms on these now (track, canyon and road) all I can say is WOW. Couldnt be happier with the choice. The Evo's provide a level of feedback, grip and stability the Pirelli could only dream of.
I know there are die hard Pirelli lovers out there that won't be swayed but I have always been keen to give all makers a go at least once. For me Bridgestone have nailed it, the level of feedback that these things provide is amazing, the confidence gained by actually feeling whats going on beneath you is night and day from what the Pirelli offered me.

I was getting my knee down within the first 100kms (fitters guidance) and haven't looked back, if and when Bridgestone upgrade the Evo I'll be moving to that once these are cooked. My 1199 shall never again see itself shod in Pirelli/Dunlop/Mich - for me there is only one tyre manufacturer and thats Bridgestone.

not long at all, the S20s were the same, heat up time is one of the reasons I wanted to give the Evos a go. They heat up way quicker than the Pirelli's used to and once hot they stay in that nice sticky zone.

Hey Wolf, is it safe to assume you have the RS10s now? You don't actually say that in your posts, but your previous reference to the S20 kind of implies that.

Not trying to be a smartass, just trying to be clear because I am thinking of getting the RS10 when I chew up my Pirellis.

its about that time.. and I've been contemplating these for a little bit.. the s20 evo what would you all thing for 80% street 20% track and every now and then rain...
